Our Story
It all started with love
Tiny Hamptons LLC, originally established in Southampton, New York, is a family-owned business operated by Mark and Jessica Dunkirk. Before moving to Clermont, Florida, and transforming their model homes into a tiny home vacation rental venture, they honed their expertise in crafting custom tiny houses. Their creations serve various purposes, including full-time residences, pool houses, storage sheds, children's clubhouses, and mobile businesses, embodying the motto, "If you can dream it, we can build it together."
Both natives of Long Island's eastern end, Mark and Jessica attended Westhampton Beach High School. Their shared passion for beauty and functionality shines through in their tiny home designs, bringing out the best in each other. With years of experience in the Hamptons' design and construction industry, their recent years have been dedicated to the tiny house movement, embracing the freedom it offers. Since 2016, their focus has been on designing and constructing tiny houses, and they are thrilled to introduced this movement to Long Island, NY.
