The Sparrow is a 24 ft. x 8.5 ft. beautiful tiny home. 

It has 2 lofts. One 8‘ x 8’ for sleeping and the other 4’ x 8’ for storage/closet. Pine shiplap siding on the interior walls, custom built cabinets, butcher block counter, composting toilet. The exterior boasts cedar siding installed vertically and horizontally, standing seam metal roof and an outdoor shower. 

The Lemon Press is a 12 ft. x 8.5 ft tiny home built to be used as a lemonade stand. 

It has pine tongue and groove on the interior siding, 3 epoxied butcher block work counters, massive double door serving window and tons of natural light. The exterior is a cedar shiplap with metal roofing.

The Frac House is 24 ft. X 8.5 ft custom tiny house with two queen size sleeping lofts. It has pine tongue and groove on the interior siding, custom built cabinets with quartz counters. The bathroom has a 36” vanity, 30“ x 30” shower, composting toilet and storage closet. The exterior is a board and batten siding with metal roofing.
