The Jitney

 This converted Prevost passenger coach is spacious, inviting and fully equipped for full time or part time living. This is the largest of our tiny home models, 45’ x 8’ and coming in at 360 square feet. With many upgrades for our own personal use this tiny home is hands down our favorite model!

There is a queen sized elevator bed in the master suite. A storage cabinet with a motorized tv lift. Also a couch for when the bed is elevated.

The beautiful bathroom has a spacious 54”x 32” tiled shower with rain shower head, 30” vanity and a flush toilet.

We’ve added two hatch/skylights to flood this home on wheels with bright natural light. One in the master suite and one in the living room which also leads up to the amazing rooftop deck. A lovely lounge area with fold down railings. A perfect space for race fans, sun worshipers, morning coffee or evening cocktails. 

The bunk room houses a full sized washer and dryer and storage cabinet with a twin sized bed above. Along with a full wall of closet space measuring 82” (width) x 72” (height) which is absolutely necessary for full time living.

The clean and modern kitchen is adorned with full sized appliances including a 5 burner gas stove, 36” refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher in black stainless steel. A large pantry, tons of cabinet space and custom epoxy countertops.

The living area is open and cozy with recliner couch and chair. A beautiful reclaimed floor to ceiling pallet wood encasing a 36” electric fireplace and 50” tv.

Windows galore to let in the glorious sunshine.

This tiny home on wheels is equipped with solar power and also 50 amp service when you want to plug in. Gas hot water heater. 12,000 btu mini split for the back of the house and 13,500 btu roof mounted AC/heat for the front of the house.

The basement (lower level) of the model consists of 2 storage bays measuring 8’ deep x 5’ wide x 3’ tall and one utility bay with the same measurements housing the 27 gal black tank, 60 gal grey tank and 75 gal fresh water tank and the mini split unit along with the solar and shore power components.

The Bridgehampton is built on a 28’ trailer. The interior design of this tiny house has everything you need to live comfortably in a stylish and functional 350-sq-ft space. The exterior is clad in cedar with contrasting colors and a standing seam metal roof. There are two entrances (one with a folding deck!) and an outdoor rain shower as well.

Inside the tiny houses bright interior is a living room with a projector TV, spacious cedar closets, a full kitchen, bathroom, and two lofts. The kitchen comes with extra-deep custom cabinets, quartz countertops, full-sized appliances, butcherblock open shelves, and a butcherblock dining/work table.

The Bridgehampton tiny house has a loft bedroom 12’ in length- enough room to fit a queen-sized bed! There’s also two nightstands and a fireplace! The spacious bathroom has a custom tiled shower, a rain shower head, and a beautiful blue glass bowl sink. 

The Montauk tiny house is 292 sq feet including the 88 sq ft loft. It has a very spacious open and airy feel like Montauk NY. 

A few options included are bamboo flooring throughout, quartz countertops, marble backsplash, deep custom kitchen cabinets for extra storage, full size stainless appliances, walk in closet with washer/dryer combo, fully tiled 3X4 shower with rain shower head and glass enclosure, a lot of windows to let in tons of natural light.
